I am using lotus notes 7.0 . I download Lotus Notes 9 Social Edition Client and install but my mail template is not change same as picture two and not change workspace same as picture one.
How can change my mailbox template and workspace please help me. I wanna New mail box template and workspace

Subject: Couple of points
You need to replace the design of your mail template with the Mail (R9)/mail9.ntf that is in your data directory.
Looks like you have the Textured Workspace turned on, so in File-Preferences-Basic configuration uncheck the option in the list for Textured Workspace.

I would ask this as a new topic with an appropriate heading. I don’t use the default workspace.
Subject: Check server, and application properties
Check your applications (mail). While you are in your mail do a File, Application, Properties. Jot down the server name. On the fourth tab, the design tab, jot down the template name. Mine is a little weird based on something we’re running here.
Now open up your company’s address book. Find the list of server documents. Open up the server document for the server you wrote down earlier. On the basics tab record the version that this server is running. Hopefully you see:
Server build number: Release 9.0
Now, if you really feel comfortable about upgrading your template do the following. While in your mail file do File, Application, Replace Design. Select the server you wrote down earlier as your “Template server”. Select the “Mail (R9)” template unless your organization has customized it for you and you should be selecting another one. (Hence the reason I had you jot down your current template name.) Click Replace.
