Negative Number

Hi All,

I need your help once again. I have view with one of the fields called Amount. However I was wondering how can I display all negative amounts for the field called Amount.

Do I need a formula to get all negative amounts or do I need a lotuscript? I don’t know how to get the view to display all negative amounts.

assuming your field actually stores the number on the document, you can use a selection formula in the view:

SELECT form = “formname” & Amount<0

would be a simple one.

I guess that is what you are asking…to ONLY show documents that have a negative amount.
