When logging in to Customer Support, and then into Community, it is impossible to get back to Support/Cases.
Please add menu for the Home site so it is possible to go back tol .../cms from anywhere.

This is a little bit more complex.
There are two parallel portals (sites) involved here:
Then the 'Home' page for the first site is https://support.hcl-software.com/csm
and the 'Home' page for the second site is: https://support.hcl-software.com/community
However, I agree that we should add a link at the Community page to go back to the Customer Service portal. The link could be called 'Support > Home' and placed as follows at the Community pages:

There is another behavior which confuses some (and makes it easier for others).
You can show forums (and other community items) via the Customer Service portal, by clicking one of the 'Community' links, for example "Community > Home".
If you do that, you have the "Home' link for the support site always there (it is called 'Support > Home' though), as you see in your picture above.
Those two ways showing community items confuses, and most likely we would need to eliminate one of them.
