Need Help with SSL

Hi,I’m trying to configure SSL, I had done all the steps in the Domino Admin Help.

when I start the server I found these messages :

HTTP server : Starting…

HTTP Server : SSL Error : Keyring File access error, key ring file [file_name.kyr], [Default Server]

…

SSL Error : Keyring File access error

SMTP Server Error: SSL Error : No local certificate

I can’t find the problem

Any help ?

hi,What I had done :

  • Create a certification database

  • Create a keyring

  • I registred a Certification Authority (CA)

  • I sent a certificate request

  • I merged the certificate (from the CA) into my keyring file

  • I enabled SSL on HTTP and SMTP

And the result was the error messages !

So…this is my problem …

Subject: Have you copied keyfile.kyr and keyfile.sth to the Domino data directory?

it always confuses me that you create the things on your pc, rather than the server.

Subject: The problem is with the OS !!!

Hi all,I had done many tests and I tried the same configuration on another PC with Windows 2000… curiously It run !!!

I think that the problem is with the autorisation given to the file keyfile.kyr

When (On Windows XP) I change this autorisation and give All total control … it run correctly ???

But there is another problem now … this autorisations are changed after few minutes and when I restart HTTP or SMTP I have again the error message !!!

Anyhelp please …
