I was kind of thrown into the role of Notes Admin at my company. We had an issue with security constraints that stopped Domino Web Access from launching. I could not find any info about converting a Inotes users to a regular notes user so I deleted the accounts without deleting the databases. Unfortunately when doing this I accidentally deleted some of the users databases. I do have them replicated on another server. I’ve tried doing a pull servername database name example pull dodgeball toby.nsf. I keep getting database does not exist.
I can copy the database from the replication server and have the users open it in their notes via a seperate mail tab. I’m just wondering if there is a way to get their view and mail back to how it was before. Unfortunately our back ups have not been running properly and the ID’s files are not being backed up. Should the replication server have a backup id as well or when I deleted the account and stated delete it also on replication servers it erased it?
