Is it possible to change the font size of just the navigation pane? I can’t see the full name of the folders I create unless I drag the divider way into the view and preview panes. If the folders were indented as they are now, it would have saved some significant screen real estate.

Yes, but you need to make design changes. Open the application in Designer, in the Page where Outline is emebbeded you can specify font size.

When you say open the “application” in “Designer”, do you mean that I can’t make changes just using Lotus Notes client? There is another software that I need to use to make that change? Is that Lotus Component Designer or Lotus Domino or something like that?
I’m just an end user. Is there a way for end users like us?

Yes, another piece of software is needed in addition to Lotus Notes client. It is Lotus Domino Designer.It’s not possible for an end user to change font size in Notes client. It will take a developer with Designer client.
Having said that, if you have designer client it’s very easy to change the font size. No programming is involved. Just open the design element and change the property.
Since the database involved is Mail database, there is another complexity. Design get refreshed from server template over night. You might need to prohibit the design refresh for elements you have made changes.
Chances are that you may not have Designer access level to your mail box.
In brief, eventhogh it’s technically possible, you might need some help from your Domino admin.
