Names No longer in directory

I am having a problem when someone attempts to send an email to All Users. When they attempt to send the email they get the error message that certrain names were not found in the directory. The names it complains about are employees that are no longer working at the company. I checked the names.nsf on the server and the user is not listed in the directory. I also checked the All Users group and the name is not listed there as either.

From my understanding this error message usually means that the person’s name has been removed from the users in names.nsf but not from the distribution group (i.e. All Users). But in this case I didn’t find them there either.

Any ideas? Where is notes even finding this name at to attempt sending them an email?

Check the user’s Local NAB - I think you’ll find that there’s an outdated copy of the group in there. Groups in local NAB’s don’t get updated unless the user deliberately does so.

Already have. There is no All Users group listed in the users personal address book. In addition the user does not have a ‘Mobile Direcory’ or copy of the Public Address Book.

Any other ideas?
