How can I cause a names field to look up it’s contact information in a Address book data base? Is there a easy way to target a particular NSF file?

Even though you can’t use the address dialog with this option, you can use a view in another db to select the names from – kind of like @Picklist. Just change the Choices selection on the control (second) tab of the field properties box.

Make sure your field is set to allow multivalues, then in the dialogbox that popsup for choosing the names, click in the selection pane of the view to select multiple values just like you do when you choose multiple documents in a regular view. if the selection pane is not visible, you will need to modify the target view so it shows the selection pane.
