NAB - Names Dropped

We have had three “person records” dropped from our Name and Address Book on our Domino 6.5.1 servers. The ACL only allows servers and administrators deletion rights, and the two admins disavow deleting anybody.

Looking through the log.nsf, I can only ascertain the 90 minute period between the last e-mails were routed, and when the “user not found in NAB” errors were registered.

I restored the records from a local backup, but I’m concerned it might happen again.

Any ideas?

Subject: NAB - Names Dropped

Do you have the fixup task enabled in your servers notes.ini or schedule with a program document. This is a sure fire way of documents just disappearing if the process finds corrupt documents.

Just make sure you have a decent backup and keep you eye on the amount of person dicuments in your NAB.
