Why my messages go to spam in Yahoo, while they don’t go to spam or jank in Hotmail and Gmail?!

There are many reasons why your email could be filtered out as spam e.g.
The headers that are sent by Domino which might not contain sufficient information to demonstrate that it isn’t spam
The IP address of your SMTP server might be blacklisted by yahoo
The contennt of your message might contain keywords that are picked up by the yahoo spam filter.
It might be worthwhile redirecting your outgoing mail through a mail intermediary such as messagelabs or frontbridge. Some of these guys will let you test mail routing for free for a few weeks just to see if it improves the situation.

BTW just tested sent an email to yahoo via domino and it picked it up and sent it within a few seconds so I don’t think your mail headers or the domino server is at fault
