My company closes due to LACK of IBM support and customer migrating :(

I want to emphasize on the migration factor and share my thoughts…I don’t know if that is the purpose, but IBM is not capable of providing the right channel of support…

As a result customers are puzzling to Microsoft and Exchange solutions… ending with a small business that worked nicely, in IT and development is going down after few corporates already moved to Exchange and some are already considering the move…

IBM - You are not taking your product to the rigth place :frowning:

IBM Israel - You can shut off the Lotus business as you are not marketing or supporting it in a good manner :frowning:

Myself - will continue to support my Exchange customers while being a part of a different company unfortunately…

So long Lotus… hope things will get better with IBM approach…
