You should post your code so people can see what you are doing and where it might not be working correctly.

Subject: RE: Multiple Users(Sending mails-Lotus Script)

mdoc.SendTo=pdoc.PIS

			mdoc.Subject="is Approved By Manager,Kindly Approve it  "

			Call rtitem2.AppendText(" is raised by"+" "+udoc.name(0))

			Call rtitem2.AddNewLine( 1 )

			Call rtitem2.AppendText(" is Approved by  Manager"+" "+udoc.man(0))

			Call rtitem2.AddNewLine( 1 )

			Call rtitem2.AppendText("Please click on the link to see more details,Please Attach the quotes and forward it to Finance -> ")

			Call rtitem2.AppendDocLink(udoc ,"Please Click on the Link to view details")

			Call mdoc.Send(True)

here pdoc is a profile’s object,PIS is the field name where i am having multiple names,i want to send the mail to all the names which are in PIS field,but it is only picking first name.

Hmmm…if pDoc.PIS field is multi-value it should work.

Try changing:

mdoc.SendTo=pdoc.PIS

To:

mdoc.SendTo=pdoc.GetItemValue(“PIS”)

…which should put the array of selected values into the SendTo field.
