Multiple Signatures

Is there any way to use multiple personal signature in lotus notes client? For example, i have two signatures one is short and light for internal(intra company) mail communications, the other is long and detailed for the recipients outside our enterprise. Whenever, I compose a new mail I can select the signature easily? Besides, is there any way to assign a tool bar button or key shortcut to call a special stationary?

Is there any way to change this lotus script code, which is written to new memo from stationary, to formula language in order to assign a button:

Sub Click(Source As Button)

Dim session As New notessession

Dim uiws As New notesuiworkspace

Dim collection As notesdocumentcollection

Dim noteUIEditDocument As notesuidocument

Dim database As NotesDatabase

Set noteCursorDoc = session.currentdatabase.createdocument

Set database = session.currentdatabase

Set collection = uiws.Picklistcollection(PICKLIST_CUSTOM, False, database.server, database.filepath, "Stationery", "Select Stationery", "Please select stationery for new memo.")

If Not(collection Is Nothing) Then '//User may have cancelled

	Set noteCursorDoc = collection.getfirstdocument

	If Not noteCursorDoc Is Nothing Then

		Set noteUIEditDocument =  uiws.Editdocument(False, noteCursorDoc)

	End If

End If

Exit Sub

End Sub

Adding a new action to your memo form that uses the script is probably easier than re-working this to formula.

You could do something like this in a toolbar buttton.

@Command([TextBold]);

@Command([EditInsertText];“Your Name”);

@Command([TextNormal])

@Command([EditInsertText];“Company”);

@Command([EditInsertText];“Address”);

@Command([EditInsertText];“Phone #”);

Then just hit the button.
