It would be nice if there was an easy way to utilize multiple email signatures. We have some people who travel between our office locations for lengthy periods of time. My suggestions to the user were: put both email signatures on and delete whichever one you don’t need, make one appear automatically and the other an html or image file. Then you have to go find the file each time, or create a stationary but this doesn’t work for replies. Am I missing something here or is it a feature that is being enhanced in a future release?

I wear several “hats” in my company and have tailored signatures for each one. The way I do it is to create them as customized buttons on the Universal icon bar. There is no signature on email by default. I simply click on whichever button I need, and the signature is inserted.
However, I do agree that the ability to do multiple signatures by some default method would be great. Even without multiple hats or multiple locations, there are a lot of people who would like to go from just a name, department and phone as an informal signature, to the full formal signature with title, street addresses, fax number, company website, etc.

I like this idea. I went to my universal tool bar and went to add a new button but then it appears to want some formula language. Can you post what you have for the code?

I’ve posted a database to allow user to have Multiples signatures in their mail file.
It’s not a project , so fell free to modify it. It’s a db from 2001
