Is there possible using an agent to rename domain namein email address on multiple users (around 1700), from mixed domain names
( eg. xxxx.yyyy@ddddd.ab, xxxx.yyyy@ddd.cccc.bc)
to a single one xxxx.yyyy@qwerty.com
If yes - How?
If no - Any othre way to work it out?
For the moment there’s an alias set to be able to mail
to xxxx.yyyy@qwerty.com, but it’s not a good solution.

Create a new agent in your Domino directory.
Set it to be triggered by Action menu selection and to run on All selected documents.
Change the language in the Programmer’s pane to Formula Language.
Paste in Paul’s three lines of formula language:
localpart := @Left(InternetAddress; “@”);
domain := “@qwerty.com”;
FIELD InternetAddress := localpart + domain
Change the “@qwerty.com” part to reflect the new domain you want to use.
Save the agent with the name Change Internet Address (or something like that).
Open the person view in the Domino directory and select a couple of entries you want to change.
Choose Actions - Change Internet Address.
If it works, change the rest of the entries. If it doesn’t work, check you’ve got the code right.
