Multiple / Divert Email Address

Hi:

Currently the company’s general enquires Internet E-mail address had been wronlg registered.

Kindly suggest what the best solution to divert all the “wrong/ (existing/old” email to the right email address without additional email file to be created. Is it possible?

Example:

Current “wrong/existing/old” = ComEnquiry@Internet.com

I want to change to Com.Enquiry@Internet.com. This is easy and simple to just change it at the internet address but I don’t want to totally phase out the comenquiry as when previous people send email to it, everything can still be received in one single mail box.

Kindly suggest.

Step 1: Add your “ComEnquiry@Internet.com” into shortname field.Step 2: Add the “Com.Enquiry@Internet.com” to the internet address.

Phew, genius Rajesh, it works for individual (I do need that as well)…but one very interesting thing…this is in a group; no short name and intenet email address as in person document. How?

Make a second group with the right name and as member put in the old/wrong group.Notes 6.5. can use nested groups.

It’s not an elegant solution, but works.

OK, reason I ask if I have a better solution as my com has a lot of wrong names, so a lot of duplication I have to make…
