Multilanguage mime warning

I have a client that keeps getting Multilanguage mime warnings, any suggestions

Subject: You can change the setting via Preferences => Mail => Internet => Multilingual Internet mail format

Subject: Could you attach the snapshot of the warning dialog?

Subject: You could have the user send RichText

This will have the server process the MIME for the user and not confront the user with the warning.
