MS word e-mail merge gets stuck

I can creat an email merge with MSword and Excel as data source, when I email merge the documents everything works perfect, creates the email with subject line and TO: address. The problem is the last piece in Notes “send” doesn’t get executed, meaning if I have hundreds of emails to press manually the send button.

What step am I missing to get the emails out
