Moving people between O and OU (Error codes)

I’ve created new O&OU’s in my domino domain and try to move people from old structure to new. First i issued th efollowing Cross Certificate

  1. from Old O to New

  2. from New O to Old

  3. from New O to Admin.Noname

When trying to rename i’ve got the following message:

“The address book does not contain a cross certificate capable of validating the public key”

Then i issued Cross certificates from all Old OU to new OU

and from new OU to old OU.

Now when trying to rename i can see:

Error: 97:46

Can’t you help me, tell, what does it mean and what to do.
