Moving a Domino Web Access/IMAP User to Another server

Hi All.Has anyone had a problem with Moving Domino Web Access/IMAP User to Another server? The Move isn’t completing properly. ie. The mailfile moves to the new server, and the person document changes, however, adminp still has the Monitor New Mailfile Fields process to run and doesn’t have the delete mailfile process created.

After looking through how Adminp moves a user, (http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=463&context=SSKTMJ&q1=Monitor+New+Mailfile+Fields&uid=swg21091068&loc=en_US&cs=utf-8&lang=en+en )it states that you need to log in using a Lotus Notes client for it to complete the move.

If you are a Webaccess or POP/IMAP user, you never log on using the Notes client which means you won’t be able to finish the Adminp process.

Has anyone else had this? and if so have you been able to fix it withouth manually going and deleting the old mailfile?

Hi Stephen,Got the same kind of issues with Domino 6.0.3 servers. Seems to be a bug in 6.0.3 and 6.5 code. Adminp is not working correctly every time. I didn’t find another way that to do it manually.

Same happens if you rename somebody or change his OU. Need to check everything manually.

If you find another solution, please keep me informed.
