"Move to Folder" not working?

Original Post:I have a user who is trying to use the “Move to folder” agent on some mail, and although the dialogue box pops up just fine and allows him to select a folder, the “move” button is grayed out, no matter what folder or mail is selected. The “add” button is still usable though…any ideas?

Answer:

This feature doesn’t seem to work from the Sent box. The user misinformed me as to which view he was currently in.

the “Move” button is greyed out if you are in a view. You cannot remove docs from a view since they appear there based on a select statement, unlike a folder where you can move docs in and out. Hope this explains it.
