If you don’t have it installed locally, they are available on the webhttp://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus/documentation/domino/
For example:
Lotus Domino 7 Administrator Help

See previous reply: We don’t “control” the old server…so we only have the .nsf file…
Subject: move mailbox to other server
Create a new replica of the mail file on server 2, modify his person document to point to the new server, replicate that change to the new server, stop and restart the router task and modify his location documents in his personal address book to point to server 2.

Or just use the “Move user to another server” tool in the Administrator client.

We don’t “control” the old server…os we only have the .nsf file…so this cannot be used.

And while you’re making the switch, the user’s mail goes where? If it’s going to the new server, then you can’t mail them a button to automate the process. If it’s going to the old server (and the two do not replicate), then any mail that the users receive after the mail file copy was made will be lost during the transition. Have fun visiting every user’s desktop over the next few weeks AND justifying the lost mail.

We are talking about 1 users only.
