Modification/creation/deletion of contacts, taks, calendar using the java application.?

hi,could it be possible using the notes java API, we can create/edit and delete the contacts,tasks and calendar under a specific user…i m going to start an application but i dont know domino much…so i want to clarify this doubt first…thanx for the reply…

Yes you can, but if you’re doing this from another application then you need to pass over that user’s Notes credentials.

i will be using a java application to modify/create and delete these items…can it be possible.? and what type of credentials i have to pass…
