We are considering these two products (mNotes and Intellisync - Is there anyone who knows which product is the most reliebel. and what about prices!
We need to have the opportunity to sync./repl. our Lotus Notes Calender on our Domino Server everywhere via GPRS from our handheld Palm / PDA or whatever…
Do we need anything else on the Domino Server or Palm to make it work proberly?

I either used or supported all three products, Pylon, mNotes, IntelliSync, plus EasySync, and out of these, I think that mNotes is the best one. Until you add a BlackBerry server, then that one is the best! 
But that is just my non-scientific opinion. Plus, since I don’t know your business requirements, I don’t know if mNotes will be the proper fit for you.
