I am missing my personal address book from my list of bookmarks. How can I restore it?

Using the Workspace, drag the PNAB icon to your Bookmark panel (or whatever that is called on the left).

Will deleting the bookmark.nsf & cache.ndk files restore the Address book?

Deleting those will restore you back to a default bookmark bar… although that’s a little extreme. Easier would be to open your favorite databases on the bookmark bar. Click on “View” then on “Restore Defaults” (see screen shot below). That will bring back any of the default icons which may have been inadvertently removed.
