I have a user that sent a message out to another user on the same server. I can see in the log database where it went out but I am told that he never received it. I have other users saying the same thing happened to them. Has anyone else had this issued reported to them?

Could it be that the recipients have mail rules that are deleting the messages before they get a chance to see them?

Have you checked the Messaging / Routing mail boxes for the missing E-mail ?

If you have message tracking configured, you could track the sent message and see where it went.

I have checked both the rules and routing mailboxes to see if it was stopped. Neither was the case. No rules were set up at all on either end and I can see it the server log file that it went to the user. I will try the tracking messages to see if I can catch it again.
