Having finally got our foreign server sending SMTP emails directly rather than routing via our SMTP server here in the UK (used RouterIgnoreForeignSMTPDomains=1) we now seem to have an inefficient aspect occuring …
Any outgoing Internet mail (so far checked only when generated by iNotes) seems first to be converted from Mime to CD then converted back from CD to Mime before being sent out to the Internet.
Is there a way to say don’t convert it and then re-convert it?

Hi Neil,
Understand the depends and also if routing via servers etc. however in this case it’s mail users on the server which is itself the SMTP outbound server! ON out other servers I can understand it as it converts then send via NRPC etc. but here it’s being sent to the Internet directly from the mail users server.
