Mime: requires more than one character set

Hello

Is it possible to force Unicode coversion to Mime when email has characters with more than one character set? Now user is receiving dialog to select between “best fit” and UTF-8. Best fit sometimes does worst fit and customers complain about that.

Is it possible to make Lotus Notes use UTF-16?

Subject: UTF8

UTF8 could be forced with options on File->Preferences->Mail->Internet page.UTF16 can not still be used.
