There are tools available to migrate some applications that are based on standard Lotus templates. Custom Notes applications usually mean custom development in the Microsoft stack (Sharepoint, MS SQL, ASP.NET, VSTO) – there is no “migration” other than moving the data from Notes to (usually) MS SQL, and recreating the functionality that’s built into Notes (messaging, security, etc.) can mean a lot of work.
