Hi Everyone, Regarding this post I have searched the forum and found some postings but none have any simple workaround and all are having solutions for export from Outlook Exp.Some have mentioned tools for the same .However If I try to do this migration of personal address book manually for Notes client users who were previously having the personal address book details on an IMAp client running on Netscape how will I proceed without using any tool .I have tried the export/importutility but have failed .
Please let me know if you have any tips .
Regards & Thanks,
Pradeep

Can you export your contacts from your IMAP client to a comma seperated file? If so, one thing you can do is to export the data out, then create a COL file (look in the Designer Help), and use that to import your contacts into your PNAB.
Just a thought.

Hi Gregg, Thanks for the posting.I will be checking the same once I get back to office tommorrow and let you know.By the way the tool that u have pointed in the sandbox is for outllook to Notes but will it work for the migration of Netscape Personal address book to NPAb.Regarding the COL type tips I would like to know if the Netscape can export to the .csv format as the help file says the COL type can be of tabular text and worksheet.
Any way I will try and get back with output but for 800 users won’t this be too time consuming and tiresome
Thanks once again
