Messages not being deleted in Notes (Damo 7.0.2)

hi there,

I’ve observed an odd behaviour using Damo (release 7.0.2, 26 September 2006).

When I delete messages from my “Deleted Items” folder, the message are deleted from Notes only if the Notes client isn’t open at the time. While testing, I had the Notes client open - and messages wouldn’t get deleted.

Has anyone else seen this – is this by design?

Here are some settings you can add to the Notes.ini file in the DominoForOutlook folder to assist with troubleshooting:REPL_PST_DEBUG=1

CONSOLE_LOG_ENABLED=1

These settings create log files (in the IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT folder which is a sub-folder of DominoForOutlook) which you can review to troubleshoot.

Another setting you can also add if you’re having trouble with synchronization is:

REPL_PST_FORCE_SUBMIT=1

This forces a full replication to be done upon each synch.
