Messages not appearing via Traveler on iPhone

We have an application that creates messages in a folder in user’s mail files so the message doesn’t actually go through the Domino server mailer. These messages used to appear on the iPhone/iPad and since our Traveler upgrade they do not appear anymore. We are on IBM Notes Traveler Version: 9.0.1.0 Build 201409111532. Is there a particular field or revised process that would prevent Traveler from seeing and pushing down these messages?

The messages appear in Notes appropriately, just not on the iPhone or iPad since August and the Traveler upgrade. Any suggestions or thoughts?

Subject: try re-registering the device?

Seen a handful of ios8 users seeing synch problems (mainly with calendar entries) since the phone os update

to rule out some of these known issues see if you can delete the user and re-rgister the device in traveler initiatign a new prime synch

If you continue seeing problem, probably want to collect detailed logs from a user in question and open a ticket with Support for further investigation

Subject: Re-registering didn’t fix

Re-registering the device was one of the first things we tried but the documents/messages didn’t appear. Also, these are not calendar entries but look like “Memos” (form name). We will open a ticket and see what happens with support. Thanks, Kendra
