Messages duplicated in the inbox archive

hello,

This is the pb :

1/ Customer archives mail 1 from ‘inbox’ (local mailbox) and puts in subfolder in the archive

2/ Customer archives mail 2 and mail 1 is duplicated in ‘inbox’ of archive (both in inbox and in the

subfolder as formerly classified).

Fixup, new archive database doesn’t work…

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

We are seeing the same problem with 6.5.1 Any help on this issue would be appreciated as users are deleting documents thnking they are duplicates, but in fact they are deleting all instances of the document!!
