How do I route a single message sent to a mail-in db to multiple users. Found posting saying to create a group and place the users in there mail file is designated in the Mail-in db doc? Thanks much in advance !!!

The easy, non-technical way to do it would be to just create a mail rule in the mailin database that sends a copy of each new message to the users you specify.
Or add an agent that runs before new mail arrives that sends a notification with a doclink to the specified users.

…but what mail file do I specify on the mail-in doc…or should I desginate 1 of the 3 users mail file and create the mail rule to send to the other 2…?

You need to create a mail file to use for a mailin database. If you use one of the existing user’s, that means every email that gets sent to the mailin address actually goes to them, and it means that your other users need access to that database, which isn’t smart.
Just create a new database from the mail template. Then use that database on the mailin document.
