We recently upgraded an individual to the standard 8.5 mail template and received an error message when attempting to open the message router mail message that was returned from a recalling message:
“Recall Error, - 3574, Nonexistent frame or frameset specified. at line 251”

We attempted several recalled messages and it is only affecting this one user at the moment. The error message occured when selecting the “Mail Router” email, not the report message. Several other users have recalled messages without issue.
