Everytime this particular user moves a message from his Inbox or Folder to a another folder, it moves it back to the inbox or original folder it was in. Any ideas?

Are the servers also 6.5.3? There was an SPR (TMGY5J7MFH) that was corrected in 6.0.1CF2 and 6.0.2 which corrected the handling of the Folder Ops INSERT and DELETE timestamping.
I’d also check that there are no agents and/or Rules in play on the mailfile as well…

We are running Server 6.5.4 and the user has no rules or agents running.
