Message certificat expiration for id user - way to send button for update certificate?

Some id people arrive at end date certificate expiration for id , so i do in configuration - certificate expiration view, the action recertify selected peoples for ten people selected.

The problem is that the tomorow, they are the always message that the is expired at …certicate expired … why ?

Th action I do to update the certificat id is file databse open server : LotusNotes … and the certificat is update .

Can I do this with a button i send us in a mail to update the certificate ?

If you’ve correctly recertified the users on the Domino server, the Administration process will then perform some processing.

What should happen the next day is when those users connect to the Domino server the certificates in their Notes ID file are automatically updated.

Have they tried opening their mailfile or the public address book?
