The message body is blank when received by external parties. The recipient could be using Exchange. Compatibility problems?
The recipient is able to see the message if I sent in plain text format.

Hi,
we had the same problem here. In our case it was a corrupted Windows font - Courier New Standrad. After replacing that font with a new one (copied from a different pc), the message body wasn’t blank anymore.
Otherwise you can try to change the default font in your Notes Client.
