Memo Stationery Disappears when sent to external mail address

When creating a new memo using memo stationery and then sending the memo to an external recipient, the memo stationery disappears from the Stationery folder and appears in the drafts folder.

Does anyone know why this happens and/or how this can be stopped.

We are also having this problem, do you have a fix yet? Or does anyone know why this is happening?

I have noticed that when you send these emails using “Memo Stationary” and the document then appears in “Draft”. The “IsMemoStationary” & “MailStationaryName” fields are no longer there in document properties. Is this a bug?
