Meeting invitation - is there a maximum number of recipients?

I would like to send a calendar invitation to 250 people. Is this possible or is there a maximum number of people to whom an invitation can be sent?

At the moment when I click on “Send and Save” nothing happens.

Maximum limit is based on the size of total recipient entries. Maximum number of recipients in a single mail message is 15K as per below documentation.

Do you observed any message/error on the console when you send the invitation like
Router: Unable to deliver message 00477031 to firstname middle new_worker_1 8/HCL@HCL from Support Admin/HCL
Field is too large (32K) or View’s column & selection formulas are too large

That is poor quality documentation. How many Notes addresses fit in 15K? Ther eis no error message - the mail is just not sent.

Hello Andrew

Are you trying to send invite to 250 users using group? If yes, you can try sending by using group’s internet address instead of group name.
I see there are enhancement request available to increase the limit.

I’d suggest taking a look at an event announcement. It’s In calendar, under the new button. It’s good because you can invite lots of people and not have to see all the responses.
