Master / OS level Tempalte/File name

Is there any way/procedure by which just at looking at the OS level file name we can get Master Template name of that master template file ?

No, unless you haved named the files to include the template name in the file name.

Thanks, Does the same things applies vice-versa? If somebody know the Master Template Name then can he find the OS level file name ?

Yes, it does, and no, he/she can’t (although it’s usually possible to make a decent guess).
