You know in your calendar view, left hand side?
Top is the calendar, bottom is a todo display widger.
A user has said she doesn’t want that todo thingy there as she doesn’t use it. I have searched and searched cannot find any info on how to make it go away. It’s probably something simple but I’m just not having any luck at finding out how.

do you mean the bookmark icon or do you mean the Switch to To Do menu option on the drop down? I don’t know what a widger is.

It doesn’t look simple – you need to change the design. The content of CalendarFS Left2 needs to be set to CalendarFS Left2 - None. The formula currently switches between CalendarFS Left2 - Open and - Closed depending on a value set on the Calendar Profile document set by an action on Switcher MV Form for ToDo.
The Notes Help entry for “Calendar Miniview” claims you can disable it using the Calendar Profile preferences dialog, but I’ll be damned if I can get it to work…

oooh. It just worked for me. I will try it for the user.
Now I feel dumb. There was the answer in help. But who knew it was called “calendar miniview?”
