I have afrom that uses the @Mailsend command to route to approvers. This works on 1200 clients but I have 2 clients that it will not send for. It does save the form in the previous cammand in the formula but it does not send. Any idea why particular clients can’t send? Both could send 2 weeks ago but not now. What does @mailsend tie to on the client that might be missing or corrupt?Thanks.

@MailSend “ties into” various settings in their current location document, such as mail server and whether their outgoing mail is set to replicate immediately. Suggest comparing location document with other users who are not having a problem.
