Our local helpdesk is using a database that is shared among 4 or 5 guys. They’ve reported me some time ago that suddenly some mails that they had moved to folders re-appeared back on the Inbox.
Strange … they moved to folders again.
Now they had the same issue so I began to do some research and I found this post on the 8.5 Forum

They mention that is related to BES and it looks like BES is solving it on its MR3.
Well, this database is synched with BES so it may have something to do with it. The thing is that:
- HelpDesk’s mail file is on a Domino 9.0.1FP1 64bits server, using mail template 8.5.3 (they have 8.5.x clients), transaction logged
- The Domino BB server is 8.5.3FP5
- BES version is 5.0.3 - MR8
There is just 1 database with this problem among 600+ others
I’ll try to remove it from BES since they told me that is no longer needed there
Anyone else experiencing this?
