MailMan Error: : "You Must Provide a File Path"

I am having problems with attaching a PDF to an email thru an external script. I am using FileMaker Pro 8.5 script to write PDF, open email, and attach PDF to email. This feature works on some of our PCs, but on others it does not. Lotus Error Message is dialog box title “Lotus Notes MailMan Error” with message, “you must provide a file path”.

Looking thru the lotus.ini file and can not figure out where in Lotus I can configure this default file path for attachments.

Have ruled out FileMaker and Windows Permissions as root cause.

Sometimes I’ve found that the install of Lotus Notes was done using an Administrator account and not the user’s account. In those cases, you have to uninstall Notes and reinstall it, using the user’s credentials.

But be sure to back up notes.ini, names.nsf, bookmarks.nsf, desktop.ndk, the Notes ID, and any locally replicated or created DBs first.
