I have a user that has the following problem. Whenever she opens a persons calendar ( through the “Open Calendar for” function in her calendar) the mailicon of that person is placed on het workspace. How can that be prevented?

Whenever a db is opened in notes an icon for that database ia added to your workspace. The calendar is in the mail file for that person, therefore you are opening the calendar view in that persons mailfile… the icon will appear on workspace. Don’t loose sleep over it.
