Client is unable to view her mail folders. They show up as a blank box with the text “Unable to load frame contents…” I have tried replacing the database design from both mail servers and this didnt work. Looking further into the problem, it seems to be caused by the “MailFS Left 6.1” Frameset. Normally, you can delete the frameset, refresh the template and it will take care of the problem. I tried to delete the MailFS Left 6.1, getting an “Invalid or Non existing doc” error. Where should I go from here to help correct the problem?

Have you tried running Compact or Fixup on the database?
