Hi, anyone please tell me where can I change the ACL of dwa7.ntf template? I would like to add some groups to the ACL so that all the new mailboxes created have this ACL . Thanks!

Hi, First u open your workspace and right click on your workspace page.----open database-----A dialogbox will be displayed.In that box below u can see the file name.Just type your file name and pressenter.So that that file will be opened.Once the file is opened an icon will be created on the workspace.If any doubt just contact me

Hi I would like to customise the design of the template dwa7.ntf. And thus I would like to customise the ACL too. But I do not knwo where to make the changes… For New memo, Iknow it in the “forms” but ACL ???

This is like changing the ACL of any other database. Open the database in either Notes client (you might have to type in the database filename manually, since this is an ntf file). From the menu, choose File → Database → Access Control…
To add entries, that you want to be used by future databases created from this template, include them in square brackets.
However, since email and calendaring is usually rather personal stuff, I wonder of how much use this is. Also remember, that you cannot really change the design of the DWA web interface (“Shimmer”) through Domino Designer. The application has not been developed using Designer, in the first place.
