i’ve a strange behaviour on my corporate-notes-clients (and on mine as well) where i need some input.
scenario: user opens a new memo, enters the body text and at the end is the signature. if the user now clicks on one of the advanced mailoptions (e.g. “Return Receipt”) the complete text in the body disappears.
every mailoption leads to another error. if you click on e.g. “Sign” only a few lines in the body text are disappearing.
i’ve no idea, what can cause this strange behaviour. any input would be highly appreciated.
info: error occurs on notes 8.5.0 with the corresponding template.
