Mail Views Unresponsive After Closing an Open Email

**Client (Notes, Nomad Web, Nomad Mobile, Android/iOS, browser version): Notes 14.5FP1


Since upgrading my notes version to 14.5 (Including FP1), I have noticed that sometimes the view I am in (inbox, sent, etc.) becomes unresponsive to say open another email or delete the email just read. It seems to happen mostly after closing an open document.

To remedy, I have to click into a different view and come back to the current view, and all is then ok.

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue?

Since you are encountering the issue when accessing your mail, please try to run a maintenance to your mail file. You may use the commands below

load fixup mail\username.nsf -F -N
load compact mail\username.nsf -c -D -i
load updall mail\username.nsf -R
